The 4A’s Face of Talent symposium connects more than 750 advertising and marketing talent leaders with the next generation of the marketing workforce with a concentration on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Now in its ninth year, this week-long forum celebrates more than 200 college students in the 4A’s Foundation’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) and 4A’s Foundation Scholars.

The 4A’s Foundation supports education and diversity initiatives in advertising, media and PR. As a 501C3 non-profit, the 4A’s Foundation has a longstanding commitment to the education and development of bright, diverse talent.

All proceeds from the Face of Talent will benefit the 4A’s Foundation, which provides financial support via scholarships to diverse individuals studying advertising, media, the creative arts and/or PR. Beginning in 2018, the 4A’s Foundation also includes support for the 4A’s two NYC public high schools - the Manhattan Early College for Education (MECA) and the High School for Innovation in Advertising (IAM) - which are dedicated to preparing diverse students for careers in advertising and media – as well as MAIP, the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program, which has connected diverse talent at all professional levels with prestigious agencies for 46 years.

Since 1997 over 3.6 million dollars has been distributed throughout the 4A’s Foundation in the form of scholarships and grants. Over 400 talented students from top colleges, universities and portfolio schools have received scholarships from one or more of the funds within the foundation.

Nowhere else can the collective impact of these programs be seen than at The Face of Talent.
