The 4A's is excited to celebrate the sixth anniversary of The Face of Talent, the industry's premier event to celebrate and engage top diverse talent, with you this August.

The Face of Talent was established in 2011 as a catalyst for agency leaders, and their clients, to demonstrate their commitment to two of the most important issues facing our industry—Talent and Diversity. The multi-day symposium, including the Diversity Leadership Luncheon, attracts over 750 advertising and marketing executives. This series of events is designed to celebrate and showcase over 140 talented diverse college seniors and graduates that comprise the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) and 4A’s Foundation Scholars.


The Face of Talent also serves as a community-building platform to inspire and retain more than 2,800 MAIP alumni and nearly 400 4A’s Foundation Scholars, who continue to advocate and champion diversity in advertising.

Through her media  and  D&I  roles combined with her passion towards cross-cultural marketing ,  Ronnie provides thought leadership for the Chicago and broader Digitas network as founder and lead of “Digitas xCulture” a cross-cultural education platform. Via Digitas xCulture she has facilitated dozens of cross-cultural learning, development and immersion sessions across NY and Chicago featuring partners such as AOL, Complex, Here Media, TVOne and ESPN Deportes along with celebrities like Russell Simmons, Keri Hilson, Issa Rae and Olympic Gold Medalist Cullen Jones

Ronnie joined Digitas in October 2011 from DraftFCB Chicago where she spent 3.5 years activating digital strategies  for clients such as Taco Bell, Cephalon Healthcare and Sharpie

In 2010 Ronnie was honored by the ADCOLOR Industry Coalition and named an industry “Rising Star”. In 2013 the Harlem YMCA selected and honored Ronnie as a “Black Achiever in Industry”. In the same year, her peers in the DigitasLBi Chicago Media Capability honored her as their inaugural “Media Rock Star”

In addition to her most recent industry honors, she is also an alumnus of the 4A’s Institute for Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS), and the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP).
